What's innovative about the tools MODE creates to track and locate content on the Internet?
Since my introduction to the CN Pensioners in 2005 from Ron Mac Neil and Frank Butler and
our work with Community and Cultural Affairs and Tourism PEI and Technology and Education
and Transportation and Public Works and the development a Adhoc committee in the City of
Charlottetown a development process began in July 2004
Sense 2004 when I created MODE.
MODE's experience with Veterans Affairs and HRDC and The Partnership Fund along with The
Birthplace initiative and Charlottetown's 125 celebration propasal with the City Of Charlottetown
has been positive and has followed all protocols asked..The result was the Formation of an
Adhoc Committee within the City of Charlottetown to fulfill and achieve it railway heritage
objectives set out to council and the province and MODE new media group.
In this time frame MODE has provided and produces content IP in three core themes that centre
around the MODE Railway model and has been developed and produced on the Internet and for
social networks and New Media by MODE.
The IP is based upon a railway Model and a new Content logistics process called the M.O.D.E.
Railway Model.

Have sat on 30 + Board Of directors over the past twenty five years on PEI .
founding member for the Adventure Group, Founding members The Food Kitchen, Founding
members CHANCES....The Prince Edward Island Cultural Sector, More ...
I have sat in on many federal government presentations to Parliament and provincial studies.
Presented papers and briefs and policy suggestions and offered direction as a result of heritage
and knowledge economies.
I am also a musician and play several instruments for service groups to raise money and offer
help to the community at time of need.
I paint and have had several exhibitions in Charlottetown.
I believe in creating sustainable project engines that run on Motive Power.
I now spend my time creating and producing social networks and publish this content about The
Prince Edward Island Railway.
I hope this helps introduce me Gordon but as you know I have left out so much of the work on
Energy and Bio fuels that interests me so much with the Grow and Press model 2007.
I have produced The Future Generation Project and content IP using MODE company
development and production resources sense 2004 and still offered my services to Robert Trainor
of the CN pensioners association with an understanding of clear exchange of service and for
future work and production opportunities.
I hope to correct the lack of awareness regarding our work and the CN pensioners and will
continue with MODE IP to develop and produce cultural content.
I continue to offer the MODE SM and IP to collect and project cultural content as set out in my
Business plan developed in 2004 and submitted to the province of Prince Edward Island for
approval in 2004 Tiled MODE Business Plan 2004
In it I outline how I will work with groups that wish to preserve and protect their heritage and
content.
And Gordon to conclude this self explanation and past achievements list of production and
management experience. It is the things I did not achieve that spur me on.
Thanks for you time, hope this helps in trying to explain my lifes effort put forth to date
regarding preservation and collection innovations and IP tools I have created to track and train
content for future generations.
However after all the time and effort we have put forth it seems we live in a society that does not
respect the creative efforts of it's citizenship.
I am disappointed I have to defend my creative works that I have offered and shared in exchange
for future opportunities of production and development. In good faith.
It does not alter me as an artist or creative person.
I pushes me to become better.
However I have taken great lengths to insure my company MODE is included in the work and
service I have conducted over the past four years with the partnership we created to do so.
It was this reason why Richard Brown convened a Joint committee meeting regarding IP and
Cultural tourism technologies and to appreciate this effort and concern I expressed at the time
this meeting was convened in 2007 Sept. present ..Buck Watts, Robert Vessey, Ritchard Brown,
Robert Trainor, Harry Holman on behalf of the minister, Education representatives Bethany
Dorion, Tourism representatives for technology. Bruce Matheson and MODE new media to
identify and protect the work we developed and to work together.
I have left a lot out but hope this helps in understanding further our production path and
development path and please feel free to continue to help me understand the process better.
thank you Keith Kennedy
