14.—(1) Section 6 (Companies to make returns of accidents to Board of Trade) of the Regulations of Railways Act 1871[20], section 13(2) of the Railway Employment (Prevention of Accidents) Act 1900[21] and sections 43 (Accidents etc.) and 44 (Accidents etc: consequential amendments) of the Transport and Works Act 1992[22] are hereby repealed."© Crown Copyright 1995
